Retained Consultancy

For clients who prefer more regular HR support, our retained HR service gives you flexible access to professional HR advice and expertise to assist you in managing and developing your employees throughout their employment. You will have a dedicated HR consultant who will support you via telephone or email. On-site visits can also be arranged as required.

The amount of support we provide can be tailored to each client based on anticipated need. Following an initial free consultation to establish your requirements, you decide how many hours of consultancy you need per month to suit your business. The cost of the retained services is around 10% cheaper than the Pay as You Go option.
