Pay As You Go HR

We recognise that for many businesses, a monthly retained service may not be the most cost effective solution to meet their HR needs so we also offer a Pay As You Go service, which does exactly what it says on the tin!

As a Pay As You Go client, you have all the benefits of a dedicated HR resource, and can access exactly the same services as our clients on retainer but you simply pay for support when you need it, and don’t pay when you don’t. This allows you to buy in consultancy as needed, and flex the level of support to suit your changing requirements.

The Pay As You Go service is charged on an hourly basis, giving you complete flexibility and control over your budget. There is no minimum term contract and no initial administration fees.

This is ideal for clients who need support on an ad hoc basis such as assistance with employee issues or managing bespoke HR projects.
