New Employer HR Package

We recognise that becoming an employer for the first time can be a daunting experience for many businesses so we offer new employers a comprehensive and cost-effective “First Time Employer” package to ensure that you get it right first time and avoid the common pitfalls of being an employer. The package can be tailored to your specific requirements, and can include:

	Development of an HR strategy which is appropriate to your business and aligned to your mission and values;
	An initial one day training workshop for those responsible for people management and development with follow up coaching as needed;
	A range of essential employment documentation including standard letters and policies;
	A staff handbook template;
	Telephone and email support from a dedicated Consultant for three months on the full range of HR activity, including recruitment and selection, performance management, pay and reward and employee relations;
	One site visit per month for three months.
